Since the tremendous process of advanced manufacturing technique such as Agile Manufacturing (AM) , Virtual Manufacturing (VM) has been made, the CAPP system is updating to the great challenge. Integrated, web-used and intelligent ability will be the future trend of the CAPP. The moire bugle, wave separator and gear case is important part of process planning for antennae components. The techniques such as process information modelling, part information modelling and manufacturing-domain knowledge processing technology are the key to 39S-CAPP. This paper takes obj ect-oriented analyzing technique for process information modelling, assembled parameterized feature modelling for information integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM, group technology for Standard Process Database of the three antenna key parts, rule-based knowledge process technology for Process decision-making expert system. 39S-CAPP system is fairly realized for process planning automation of antennae key components and information integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM/PDM to improve efficiency and standardization of process planning.
