Along with the development of modern industry technology, making high about variety and specification and quality and output of mill production. During continuous rolling, tandem mill control is important technology to decide the thickness and quality of mill production, this technology develop quickly in our country.The article explain the craftwork, and control device,and control funtion of heavy H-beam mill production line of laiwu iron & steel company,explain the control device and control system of electric drive system.The article study thickness control of continuous rolling tandem mill about heavy H-beam mill production line of laiwu iron & steel company, the first, analysing all kind of control project about thickness control system , then on the theory basic, make out the mathematics model of thickness control system of three continuous rolling, apply to breakdown and finish mill,it is good for apply.Making out saw control model and position control model ,Heavy H-beam saw control model resolve the speed and overload relation between hot saw and cold saw, making short about the saw cycle. Resolve position control precision and efficiency to adapt position control model.Doing deep study about the fuzzy control basic theory, the fuzzy control arithmetic and the design of fuzzy controller; Adopting fuzzy control arithmetic to control heat furnace temperature, detailed deduce the fuzzy control variable definition of fuzzy controller, and the found of fuzzy rule, and the form of fuzzy operation and fuzzy general control table, and fuzzy control adjust, the run of fuzzy control model resolved the huge lag of control variant and control overshoot and very slow response speed, the performance greatly improve, now response speed is very quick, control overshoot is little, achieved high control accuracy.The article study particularly about thickness control theory, during this basic, completed straighten position control model.The study conclusion of the article is proved in production, all the beam steel type in...
