| Active Magnetic Bearing (AMB) is a type of new supporting equipment. Since AMB has some advantages compared with mechanical bearings, no friction, without lubrication, no wear, long service life and so on, more and more attention is paid on it in the science and enterprise field. It is a typical mechatronics product, which involves electromagnetics electrical engineering, mechanics rotor-dynamics, control theory and computer science. The principal work of this dissertation is the research of the displacement sensor on AMB and the relative design of electro magnetic compatibility.First of all, the analysis of the requirement of the displacement sensor applied in AMB is made in the dissertation based on the work principle and the configuration of AMB. Then research on several kinds of displacement sensors applied in AMB is developed. And the application of the eddy current displacement sensor in AMB is researched especially. Some problems incurred in research is studied and some resolvents are given.Based on the principle and characteristic of AMB, self-sensing AMB is introduced, which is a new type of measurement on rotor displacement in AMB. Detailed theoretical deduction is presented which ensure that the design is feasible. Then a set of circuits related to the design is provided based on the theory of the self-sensing AMB, and related debugging method and process is given, the result is good.Electro magnetic compatibility (EMC) is important to the design of circuit especially to AMB, which is a typical mechatronics product, and involves lot of circuits to realize control and detection. The design of EMC in AMB is presented based on the basic theory and criterion of EMC according to the real condition of AMB in this dissertation. |
