Through sorting years of relevant literature, regional distribution,prescription treatment, syndromes and biochemical parameters involved in the medical literature, preliminary depicts the last 10 years from spleen functional dyspepsia, coronary heart disease outcomes map, laying the groundwork for subsequent research.Method:Retrievaling CBM, CNKI, VIP, WanfangDate, screening the literature that met the inclusion criteria, reading the full text to extract the required data, according to the data mining technology, including frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and others, selected information such as prescription, symptoms, syndromes, biochemical indices from the literature which collected, analysised of association rules between the high frequency of biochemical indices and syndrome and biochemical indices,to discover and summarize the rules.Results:1. Analyzed the literature database by the method of using the econometrics, conclude the volume of literature growth law of the spleen on the treatment of functional dyspepsia and coronary heart disease is in rich, stable development and distribution of literature, both in the area of imbalance. "Chinese combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine Digest magazine", "Liaoning Journal of traditional Chinese medicine" magazine can be considered as the important literature journals respectively acquire functional dyspepsia and coronary heart disease. The Chinese medicine diagnosis standard they used were "guiding principles" of clinical research on new drugs, diagnostic criteria of Western medicine respectively "Rome Ⅲ and ischemic heart disease and the diagnostic criteria".2.Drug use of functional dyspepsia by Banxia Xiexin Decoction, coronary heart disease, aspirin is dominated by Guipi decoction. Western medicine were common prokinetic drugs and expansion of coronary blood flow, antithrombotic (condensate) drugs.3. Dyspepsia syndromes function has 17 kinds, liver stomach disharmony in the first place, the common syndromes of coronary heart disease reaches 23, with phlegm and blood stasis in the first place.4. Functional dyspepsia and biochemical indexes commonly contein the MTL, GAS,5-HT, SP, NO, SS, coronary heart disease based on TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, CP, Hs-CRP.5. Analyzed the treatment group of drug by using data mining method, factor analysis extracted 23 absolute values greater than 2 factor, the cumulative contribution rate was 68.105%, it is concluded that give priority to with treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.6. Through the analysis of the frequency analysis and cluster analysis, it showed that, from the spleen of governance disease(functional dyspepsia and coronary heart disease),which based on the spleen induced symptoms. Its common symptoms are clustered into 5 categories, including liver stomach disharmony, heart lienal two empty, damp heat in spleen and stomach, weakness of the spleen and stomach, spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome.7. Analyzed the syndrome and biochemical index by the methods of data mining for association rules, found that these indexes based on difference, strong links to the current research hotspot, weak links can also reveal the potential relevance of certain. The Mining Association Rules obtained that syndromes are closely related with HCT,CP, ηP, TC,TG, HDL-C, LDL-C. MTL,GAS,VIP,SS,MTL,MMC,MTL,NO,ET-1 and other indicators.Conclusion:1.The overall volume trend of the literature grows well through the analysis of metrology; study about area distribution is unbalanced, mainly in the provinces of economic level of developed and strong scientific research strength; the core author groups initially formed, lacking of the high yield authors and research cooperation thesis;The papers published in mainly provincial Journal of traditional Chinese medicine, it is short of the journal of high national level and influence factors.2. By the use of mathematical statistics on literatures studying, it showed that, from the spleen of governance disease(functional dyspepsia and coronary heart disease) a variety of terminology of syndromes and terms, not unified, after single the standard, respectively to disharmony between liver and stomach, phlegm and blood stasis, heart lienal two empty, weakness of the spleen and stomach mainly, Chinese medicine treatment with strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi, remove blood stasis phlegm and reconcile the spleen and stomach. Chinese medicine prescription dosage based on Decoction, sucu as Banxia Xiexin Decoction, Guipi Decoction, Sijunzi Decoction, Liujunzi Decoction and Buzhongyiqi Decoction.3. The treatment group of drugs extracted 23 main factors, the results showed that traditional Chinese medicine prescription therapy is the major method. It shows Chinese medicine treatment in this field of study is predominant.
