Observation On The Changes Of Tympanic Pressure Curve In Children With Secretory Otitis Media Treated By "sequential Therapy"

Background:The otitis media with effusion is a common disease in children.It is the main factor that causes children’s hearing loss.The otits media with effusion which for a long time can not heal can cause children language retardation, poor balance, locomotor system hypoevolutism.At present, the clinical treatment of children with the otits media with effusion is not uniform.The majority of treatment method is surgical.But there is no clear indication of the patients who received the surgery. The prognosis of patients and postoperative complications is also no exact description.In the conservative treatment is still more experience in the use of medicine as the main method.Modern medical treatment has problems in medicine,for example, the drug effect is short and limited, the effect is not clear, the side effects are more,etc.Therefore, Chinese medicine treatment of children with OME as a very good way to become an important part of non surgical therapy. The TCM sequential therapy for nasal disease is built by Professor Shuchen Sun,which shows an excellent clinical efficacy in the treatment of OME.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of TCM Sequential Therapy for Nasal Disease to treat OME.Method:In accordance with the inclusion criteria of children, by treatment based on syndrome differentiation, the prescription is determined, according to the specific situation of children by a Chinese herb fumigation and the nasal cavity, nose drops liquid distillation of a method or a with treatment, every two weeks to visit the adjustment prescription, every two weeks to review guide anti listening test, the longest observation time was 12 weeks.Result:In this study,27 cases of 3-8 years old were observed, and 27 cases (44 ears) were diagnosed as OME.After treatment,Cure cure rate of cure 21 ears, the cure rate was 47.7%, effective in 29 cases, accounting for 65.9%.
