objectiveTo provide the experimental basis for the diagnosis of blood stasis syndrome from the point of view of laboratory medical science,. And to further analysis the difference of related clinical inspection indexes between qi deficiency and blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome and health group, And further analysis the correlation between qi deficiency and blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome with clinical testing indicators.MethodWe performed a prospective analysis, according to the Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria of qi deficiency and blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis and cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome,50 cases of each BSS group and 50 cases of healthy (healthy group) from January 2014 to June in our hospital were analyzed. Blood samples of each case was collected, Hemorheological indexes (BV、PV、Hct、RE、ESR), coagulation indexes (PT、APTT、TT、Fib),blood-lipoid indexes (TG、CHO、LDL、apoA1、apoB), blood routine indexes (MCH、MCV、RDW-cv、PDW、MPV) and endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO), atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), serum free calcium (F-Ca2+), C-reactive protein (CRP), Superoxide dismutase(SOD),D-dimer(D-D),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG) were tested. The detection results of each BSS group and the health group were compared, to analysis the correlation between different type BSS with the testing results. SPSS software(version 16.0) was used in statistical analyses. The Chi squared test for trend was performed to assess trend over time. A P value of less than 0.05 was considered significant.Result1 Compared with the healthy group, the results of hemorheological indexes (BV、RE、ESR、 Hct)、coagulation indexes (PT、APTT、TT)、blood routine indexes (MCH、MCV、 RDW-cv) and ET、ANP、SOD、D-D of qi deficiency and blood stasis were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).2 Compared with the healthy group, the results of hemorheological indexes (BV、Hct、RE、 ESR)、coagulation indexes (PT、APTT、TT、Fib)、blood-lipoid indexes (TG、CHO、 LDL、 apoA1、apoB) and ET、NO、ANP、SOD、D-D of qi stagnation and blood stasis were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).3 Compared with the healthy group, the results of hemorheological indexes (BV、PV、Hct、 RE、ESR)、coagulation indexes (PT、APTT、TT、Fib)、blood-lipoid indexes (CHO、 LDL)、blood routine indexes (PDW、MPV) and ET、ANP、CRP、SOD、D-D of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).4 Qi deficiency and blood stasis group and qi stagnation and blood stasis group were compared, the difference of hemorheological indexes (BV、Hct、RE、ESR)、blood-lipoid indexes (TG、CHO、LDL、apoA1、apoB)、blood routine indexes (MCH、MCV、RDW-cv) and ET、NO、ANP、SOD、D-D was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 Cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome group and qi deficiency and blood stasis group were compared, the difference of hemorheological indexes (BV、PV、Hct、ESR) coagulation indexes (PT、APTT、TT、Fib)、blood-lipoid indexes (CHO、LDL、apoA1)、 blood routine indexes (MCH、MCV、RDW-cv、PDW、MPV) and ANP、SOD、D-D was statistically significant (P<0.05).6 Cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome group and qi stagnation and blood stasis group were compared, the difference of hemorheological indexes (BV、Hct、RE、ESR)、 coagulation indexes (PT、APTT、TT、Fib)、 blood-lipoid indexes (TG、CHO、LDL、 apoA1、apoB)、and ET、NO、ANP、SOD、D-D was statistically significant (P<0.05).7 In addition to PV, the remaining four hemorheological index BV, HCT,RE, ESR are the following rules, their value order from high to low orde as:qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome> Cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome> Qi deficiency and blood stasis> health group.8 The value of coagulation indexes (PT、APTT、TT、Fib) of Cold coagulation and blood stasis group is higher than that of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and healthy control group. The results of coagulation indexes (PT、 APTT、TT、Fib) were statistically significant difference (P<0.001).9 The value of blood-lipoid indexes (TG、CHO、LDL、apoA1、apoB) of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group is higher than Cold coagulation and blood stasis, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and healthy control group. The results of blood-lipoid indexes (TG、CHO、LDL、apoAl、apoB) were statistically significant difference (P<0.001).10 The value of blood routine indexes (MCH、MCV、RDW-cv) of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group is higher than qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group,Cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome group and healthy control group. The results of blood routine indexes (MCH、MCV、RDW-cv) were statistically significant difference (P<0.001).The value of blood routine indexes (PDW、MPV) of Cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome group is higher than Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome group and healthy control group. The results of blood routine indexes (PDW、MPV) were statistically significant difference (P<0.01).11 From the point of view of other indicators (ET、NO、ANP),ET and ANP values of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome and Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group are higher than that of qi stagnation and blood stasis group, the results of the ET and ANP were statistically significant difference (P<0.001). NO value of qi stagnation and blood stasis is higher than that of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group and cold coagulation and blood stasis group.the result of NO was statistically significant difference (P<0.001).12 The value of SOD of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome is lower than that of qi stagnation and blood stasis group, and the value of SOD of qi stagnation and blood stasis group is lower than that of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group.Further, the value of SOD between qi deficiency and blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome were statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The value of D-D of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome group is higher than that of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome group, and the value of SOD of cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome group is higher than that of qi stagnation and blood stasis group. Further, the value of SOD between qi deficiency and blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome were statistically significant difference (P<0.01).ConclusionClinical laboratory test index is an important index of microcosmic syndrome different-iation in traditional medicine. This study analyzed the correlation between qi deficiency and blood stasis, qi stagnation and blood stasis, cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome with clinical testing indicators, it is found that the results of Hemorheological indexes (BV、PV、 Hct、RE、ESR), coagulation indexes (PT、APTT、TT、Fib), blood-lipoid indexes (TG、CHO、LDL、apoA1、apoB), blood routine indexes (MCH、MCV、RDW-cv、 PDW、MPV) and endothelin (ET), nitric oxide (NO), atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), Superoxide dismutase(SOD),D-dimer(D-D) of three types of blood stasis syndrome group that compared with healthy group are different significantly(P<0.05). and there are certain differences and connections between three types of blood stasis syndrome group.This study suggests that in the guidance of basic theories of chinese medicine, the clinical test results of modern medicine can be integrated into the traditional medicine of blood stasis syndrome differentiation, and the clinical examination index is easy to quantify and objectify, and syndrome of TCM is relate to the value of clinical inspection index, so clinical laboratory test index provide the experimental basis for the TCM syndrome, in order to do better guide of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment, At the same time, the study provide a new thought and way for the development of modern science in promoting traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics.
