The Clinical Observation Of FD And EPS With Cold Coagulation Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis By Modified Danshen Wenzhong Decoction

Objective:This study makes observation of the clinical efficacy of the EPS(Epigastric Pain Syndrome) that is a subtype of FD as the starting point. Clinical efficacy of Danshen Wenzhong Decoction were evaluated through both the theoretical and clinical aspects.Method:Take the outpatients of Mianyang city hospital as the research object,64patients that conformed to the diagnostic criteria of EPS were randomly divided into two groups.31 cases of the treatment group took Danshen Wenzhong Decoction,33cases of the control group took western medicine that contained Domperidone and Omeprazol capsules,four weeks for a course,both are treated as acourse.After the end of treatment,observed the symptoms before and after treatment and relapse within onemonth after stopping drug,by statistical analysis,compared the score of the symptoms before and after treatments comprehensive alleviation effect before and after treatment and anti-relapse effect.Results:(1) The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.4%.The total effective rate of the control group is67.7%.The total curative effect between the two groups has significant difference (P<0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the control group.(2) After treatment, two groups of drugs on EPS (cold coagulation syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis) the clinical symptoms of the patients were relieved with a certain effect, but the curative effect of treatment group was higher than that in the control group, expression in all treatment groups were alleviated symptoms, but the control group had no improvement of chest pain, cold limbs, spit. At the same time for the water, epigastric pain, epigastric fullness, belching, acid regurgitation, anorexia and other symptoms improved, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(3)No adverse reactions were observed in the treatment group and the control group (or events).(4)In January after the withdrawal, the relapse rate in treatment group was 20%, 46.7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the treatment group anti recurrence effect was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusions:The clinical study showed that Danshen Wenzhong Decoction remedy the EPS(old coagulation syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis) in terms of improving clinical symptom,reducing the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life has obvious advantages,has a better prospect of clinical application.
