Use the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)for sleep qualityevaluation. According to the spe cific circum-stances of data collected to establish the relevant database, use the Statisti-cal analysis software SPASS20.0 to statistical analysis of descriptive statistics, chi-square test, correlation analysis, non parametric test, cluster analysis and t-test.ResultsThe early clinical study included 108 cases of sub-standard in patients of anxiety-related insomnia, male 29 cases (27.4%), female 77 cases (accounted for 72.6%), and the number of cases of ratio is 1:2.66. No statistically significant between different HAMA groups indexes of HRV (P> 0.05). There is significant work load of brain activity and eliminate distractions differences between the groups (P< 0.05). The higher the HAMA score the higher work load got, the lower the ability to eliminate distractions.Statistical analysis was performed on all cases included inthe TCM four diagnostic information, and the 25 is the frequency of symptoms before the clustering analysis, summarized that anxiety-related insomnia has three major symptoms:kidney deficiency, spleen; liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, stagnation of the meridians; Jing Mai stagnation, Qing Yang does not rise.
