Study On The Regularity Of Drug Administration In Patients With Hypertension Based On Data Mining

This study includes two parts:literature review and data mining. The first part summarized the major therapeutic progress from the liver class, such as smoothing the liver, nourishing the liver and so on. The second part include two studies,study one summarized the hypertension related medical records from CNK, and analyzed the law of prescription drugs. Study two used the same method as study one. We collected the cases of Professor Jingchun Zhang from Xiyuan Hospital and analyzed the law of prescription drugs.OBJECTIVE:Base on the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary system software, summarize in recent years prescription drug laws in the Liver Disorders Hypertension process, as well as professor Zhang’s ideas, look for the association, in order to better guide clinical work.METHODS:Collecting cases from CNKI and professor Zhang in the outpatient treatment of hypertension cases, after finishing, using the Auxiliary system of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance(V2.0.1), building database and analyzing the drug frequency、 prescription rule and the new prescription, etc.RESULTS:Study one:1. Sorted out 107 pieces of prescription, including 156 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.2.The most frequently used herb was Rhynchophylla. The top five herbs were Rhynchophylla、Gastrodia tuer、White peony、Abalone and Chrysanthemum.3. There were 17 commonly used drugs in combination. The top five were Gastrodia tuer and Rhynchophylla、Abalone and Rhynchophylla、Cyathula and Rhynchophylla、Rhynchophylla and Scutellaria baicalensis、Gastrodia tuer and Abalone4. Based on data mining method, we found 14 core compositions and 7 new prescriptions.Study two:1.Sorted out 223 pieces of prescription, including 198 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.2. The most frequently used herb was Pueraria. The top five herbs were Pueraria、Gastrodia tuer、Ligusticum wallichi、White peony、Glycyrrhiza uralensis.3. There were 145 commonly used drugs in combination. The top five were Gastrodia tuer and Pueraria、Ligusticum wallichii and Pueraria、Gastrodia tuer and Eucommia ulmoides> Ligusticum wallichii and Gastrodia tuer、Gastrodia tuer and Rhynchophylla.4. Based on data mining method, we found 30 core compositions and 15 new prescriptions.CONCLUSION:Study one:The main drugs of cases from CNKI focus on calming the liver, and cooling the liver, less of searching the liver. The main prescriptions were Zhen Gan Xi Feng Tang and Tian Ma Gou Teng Yin.Study one:Professor Zhang’s idea also focus on treatment from liver, on the basis of soothing the liver, Professor Zhang often used treatment of nourishing the kidney、cooling the liver and running the blood, in order to Protecting of target organ damage.
