Discussion On The Medication Rule Of National Famous TCM Professor Du Jian In The Treatment Of Lung Cancer Based On Data Mining

Objective:By collecting and sorting out the Chinese medicine prescriptions of Professor Du Jian,a famous Chinese medicine doctor in China,in the treatment of lung cancer,this study established a database and used data mining method to analyze,so as to explore the experience of Professor Du Jian in the treatment of lung cancer,so as to provide reference for the better inheritance and development of Professor Du Jian’s academic thoughts.Methods:The TCM prescriptions of patients with lung cancer treated by Professor Du Jian in the electronic medical record system of the Second People’s Hospital of Fujian Province on January 1,2015 were collected.Excel was used for frequency analysis and statistics of drugs.SPSS V22.0 statistical software and SPSS Modeler V18.0 data mining software were used for clustering and association analysis of data drugs.Results:1.Drug use: This study involved 186 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,and drug classification involved 18 categories,among which there were 85 kinds of drugs with frequency ≥10 times.The most commonly used drugs were anti-deficiency drugs,followed by heat-clearing drugs,blood-promoting drugs to remove blood stasis,phlegm-reducing drugs to relieve cough and antiasthmatic drugs,tranquilizing drugs,etc.The four qi and five flavors of high-frequency drugs are mainly "cold" drugs,and the five flavors are mainly "sweet,bitter and spicy".The most common ones are "liver meridian","lung meridian" and "spleen meridian".2.Drug cluster analysis: Clustering analysis was conducted on the top 85 high-frequency drugs to obtain 6 cluster formulations,which were respectively suitable for deficiency of Qi and Yin and blazing heat and toxin;Liver stagnation,kidney deficiency,Qi stagnation and blood stasis;Spleen and stomach deficiency cold,phlegm accumulation;Lung and stomach jin deficiency,Yin deficiency and dryness;Stasis and poison intersect;Phlegm heat and other syndromes.3.Drug association analysis: the association analysis of the first 85 high-frequency drugs resulted in 73 frequent item sets that met the requirements.Three arrises-rhizoma zedoariae,coastal glehnia root,dwarf lilyturf,radix astragali,fructus ligustri lucidi,radix astragali,yam,yam,fructus ligustri lucidi and other drugs in the prescription of the most widely used;In addition,the compatibility of Rhizoma triangular-Zedoary,Asparagopogonis officinalis and Radix Ophiopogonis officinalis were the most stable.Conclusion:Professor Du Jian believes that lung cancer patients mainly focus on strengthening the upright.Pathological factors involved heat,poison,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency.Deficiency of Qi and Yin is a common clinical syndrome type.Treatment idea is to strengthen the body and dispel evil as the main method,together with promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm and dispersing constipation.Fuzheng Qingjie Formula is the main prescription.The main application of deficiency medicine,heat clearing medicine,blood circulation and blood stasis medicine,phlegm relieving cough antiasthmatic medicine,In combination with antiseptic drugs,liver and wind soothing drugs,water and dampness enhancing drugs,qi regulating drugs,antiseptic drugs,hemostasis drugs,astringent medicine,dampness reducing drugs.
