Purpose:Collecting 240 cases for patients with chronic renal failure and using retrospective analysis method, to observe the clinical efficacy of Shenkang injection intravenous drip,Jiangdanjianji retention enema and concomitant application treatment of two methods, in order to provide clinical reference for CRF treatment.Material and method:According to estimated formula of sample size[1](see intext 3.1 for details),minimum sample obtained about 22,sample size can be infinite double on the basis of the minimum sample size. Collecting totally 1043 cases with non-dialysis patients with CRF from Affiliated Hospital in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the period between May 2013 and March 2015, and excluding 401 cases without the treatment of Shenkang injection intravenous drip and Jiangdanjianji retention enema, 122 cases of incomplete information and 280 cases of re-hospitalized patients(note: the repetition times of hospital is based on first hospitalized cases from the start time of collecting), finally effective cases were included 240 cases, including 126 cases with male patients and 114 cases with female patients. A retrospective analysis was performed on Shenkang injection intravenous drip, Jiangdanjianji retention enema and concomitant application treatment of two methods and observed the relationship between three treatment methods and patients’ age, sex, body weight, renal function, TCM syndrome and CKD staging.Results:1.Three groups of cases had no statistical difference in the distribution of sex, age, body weight and TCM syndrome(P>0.05), and had statistical difference in the distribution of CKD staging(P<0.05).2.Spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome combined with turbid dampness and blood stasis syndrome were most in the syndrome classification of three groups(account for55.42% of the total), followed by spleen-kidney deficiency type(account for 20.83% of the total).3.Three groups were all significant efficacy for treating spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome combined with turbid dampness and blood stasis type(P<0.05).4.Three groups were all significant efficacy for treating spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome(P<0.05),but the efficacy of Jiangdanjianji retention enema was not significant for treating Ccr(P>0.05).5.There groups were all significant efficacy for treating CKD3-5 stage(P<0.05),but the efficacy of Jiangdanjianji retention enema was not significant for treating Scr of CKD5 stage(P>0.05).6.There groups of treatments were no significant difference(P>0.05),effective rate was≥81.69%,efficacy for concomitant application group was the best, effective rate was up to 85.71%.Conclusion:Shenkang injection intravenous drip,Jiangdanjianji retention enema and concomitant application treatment of two methods all are effective for treating chronic renal failure,of which therapeutic effects of concomitant application treatment of two methods are the most significant.
