Evaluation Of Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure With Colonic Dialysis Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema

Purpose:Application of evidence-based medicine method system to evaluate colon dialysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure clinical effectiveness and adverse reactions.Clinicians are in order to search provide reliable scientific basis for treatment of chronic renal failure.Material and method:Search for domestic medical journals literature and collect randomized clinical trials(RCT) research literature which were qualified for inclusion criteria.The quality of the literature was evaluated by Review and Manager 5.2,which were analyzedby Meta.Results:19 articles were included.The total number of cases was 1883,944 in the treatment group and 939 in control group. Quality of the included studies was low. Interventions:Treatment group was treated with colon dialysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema upon the method used in the control group.Patients in control group were treated with routine treatment of Western medicine.Meta analysis showed that colonic dialysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure in improving blood creatinine, urea nitrogen, uric acid, creatinine clearance rate, TCM syndrome score, glomerular filtration rate is superior to conventional therapy of Western medicine. While,there was no statistical significance in improving hemoglobin.Conclusion:This study showed that the effect of colon dialysis combined with traditional Chinese medicineretention enema treatment of chronic renal failure curative is exact. Due to theincluded literature quality evaluation is low, a positive result was higher and to explain was publication bias may exist.This was not rule out the colon dialysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine preserving retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure with negative results which might not published. Therefore,the effect of basic treatment of Western medicine combined with colon dialysis combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure curative were still needed further research.
