| Purpose: By using traditional Chinese medicine therapy for hormone dependent children refractory nephrotic syndrome of kidney Yang deficiency of damp heat syndrome clinical research, the summary professor xue-feng wang "in the kidney and Yang, in the heat lishi" treatment, along with the card to add and subtract, phase points therapy to treat children refractory nephrotic syndrome in steroid-dependent kidney Yang deficiency of damp heat syndrome clinical experience.Materials and methods: 1.Cases source: 60 cases were selected in December 2013- December 2015, used in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University, Dalian Children’s Hospital for hormone conventional treatment to hormone reduction or withdrawal stage recurrence within half a month, for system of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in pediatric outpatient and ward of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of RNS children. All cases, conforms to the diagnostic standard of Chinese and western medicine. 38 cases of men, women, 22 cases; 2-15 years old, the average age(10 /±0.5); Course of half a year-two years; Liaoning Province in 48 cases, 12 cases out Liaoning Province. 2.Effect of decision criteria:The curative effect of decision criteria to TCM symptomatic treatment in children with various pathological indicators and TCM symptoms after partition. Cure : above 3 times of urine protein test negative, quantitative 0.2 g or less 24 h urine protein, blood albumin 35 g/L, or renal function returned to normal, clinical symptoms disappearedr; Effective: 3 times more than 24 h urine protein quantitative 1 g, or less obviously improve blood albumin, close to normal renal function, clinical symptoms improved markedly; Improvement: more than 3 times according to reduce urinary protein detection, 24 h urine protein quantitative 3 g or less, slightly improve blood albumin, improving renal function,; Invalid: the urine protein, albumin, clinical symptoms, or only 1 item to improve renal function or no improvement.
