Experimental Study On Wound Healing Induced By An Effective Cream In Refractory Skin Ulcer

Purpose:To study the effect of Yixiaogao which is the traditional Chinese medicine surgery commonly used in painless sex skin ulcer wound healing in mice,to discuss the function and mechanism of Yixiaogao in painless sex skin ulcer wound repair,and observing the content of growth factors in healing of mice specimen,which is EGF and PDGF.For Yixiaogao in clinical treatment to provide the basis of theoretical and experimental.Methods:Randomized controlled animal experiment method,the study will use the 120 clean male Kunming mice as experimental animals,through the abdominal injection of hydrocortisone combined surgical method,painless sex skin ulcer wound model is set up.In this experimental method,regularly observe the group wound healing respectively,such as:Yixiaogao group(experimental group) and rehabilitation group(positive control) and painless sex skin ulcer model group(model group),as well as the normal group.Through the digital photography combined with Image J method of medical Image analysis software,it can calculate the rate of painless sex skin ulcer wound healing in mice;using the immunohistochemical method to detect the content of growth factor which is EGF and PDGF in paraffin specimens;and using the HE staining to observe the common pathological changes before and after treatment in each group.Finally,using SPSS17.0 statistical software and multiple sets of comparing single factor analysis of variance of statistical methods,a significant difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Results:1.The wound healing: after making the model, the wound healing rate of the experimental group of the first three weeks and positive control group is better than the model control group(P<0.05). 2.The observation of HE dyeing: pathology of the third week showed differences between 3 groups. 3.The testing results of immunohistochemical staining:the mice of Yixiaogao group with positive expression of growth factor which is EGF and PDGF is superior to other groups,such as model group and blank group(*P<0.001,**P<0.001).Conclusion: 1.It has obviously improved for the healing rate of painless sex skin ulcer wound, and it can effectively reduce the healing process. 2.Yixiaogao can promote the growth of the growth factor which is EGF and PDGF and angiogenesis, and it also can inhibit inflammation effectively.
