Purpose： to study the effect of diabetic skin ulcer wound healing in mice,the influence of the preliminary discussion on the effect paste to promote themechanism of action of diabetic skin ulcer wound repair, for clinical applicationeffect creams provide basic research basis for treatment of diabetic skin ulcer.Methods: a randomized controlled animal experiment method, USES the malecleaner120kunming mice to, through the abdomen one-time rapid injection chainurea with cephalosporins joint surgery method, establishing the model ofdiabetic skin ulcer wound regularly observed, respectively, Yixiao ointmentgroup (experimental group) and rehabilitation group (positive control),diabetes, skin ulcer model group (model group), and wound healing of normal group,through digital photography combined with Image J medical Image analysissoftware method to calculate the rate of diabetic skin ulcer wound healing inmice; And through the method of HE staining and immunohistochemical observationnewborn capillaries, fibroblasts in the number of changes, as well as to thetype Ⅰ collagen gene expression and to fiber binding protein (FN).Results:1.Wound healing: building1,2,3,4weeks after the experimental group andpositive control group wound healing rate is obviously better than that of modelcontrol group (P <0.05);2.Three weeks after HE staining observation: building pathology shows that thereare differences between3groups;3.Testing results of immunohistochemical staining: Ⅰ type collagen geneexpression and fiber binding protein (FN), after statistics processing, comparedwith optical density value expression between four groups, experimental groupand traditional Chinese medicine between positive control group had nosignificant difference (P>0.05), there is significant difference between experimental group and model control group (P <0.001), there is significantdifference between experimental group and blank control group (P <0.001).Conclusion:1.A effect paste can obviously promote the diabetic skin ulcer wound repair,increase the rate of wound healing, shorten the healing time.2.External use Yixiao ointment can increase the organization type collagen geneexpression level and improve organization fiber binding protein (FN) levels,increasing the healing wound repair.
