| Purposes:Through the observation and comparison analysis of artificial femoral head replacement combined with traditional Chinese medicine Zhuanggu tablets in treatment for elder femoral coarse intertrochanteric fractures of the clinical effect.Materials and methods:During March 2014 to March 2015, Shenyang Orthopaedics hospital treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture(Evans I C ã€I d type and type II) were included in the study, and by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA) for the diagnosis of osteoporosis in patients with 78 cases, according to random number table of DPS software is divided into the control group(oral calcium carbonate D3 and surgical treatment) and experimental group(oral calcium carbonate D3, Zhuanggu tablets and surgical treatment) and control group(simple surgical treatment), each group had 39 cases, age of 76 to 84 years old,; The experimental group and the control group of patients admitted to hospital to give calcium carbonate D3 particles(Beijing Kang Yuan Company,approval number:H20093675) in the treatment of osteoporosis. The patients were treated with antibiotics therapy for prevention of incision infection and treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the prevention of lower extremity venous thrombosis, and guide the patients to exercise. Observation and measurement of each group of patients before operation. Operation after 6 months to 12 months of bone mineral density(BMD),Caã€Pã€ALP of serum and postoperative(out-patient recheck) 6 months and 12 months, Harris hip score, and with the number of records According to the SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the data.Results: 1.patients in each group were compared in terms of gender, age, cause of injury and fracture type, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). 2.Analysis of preoperative bone mineral density and the index of Caã€Pã€ALP of serum, P>0.05, no significant difference in each group. After 6months, compared with the experimental group and the control group, P<0.05, there were significant differences, and the experimental group was higher than the control group. 3.Preoperative Harris hip score in each group was no significant difference. 6 months and 12months, compared with the control group and the test group, the Harris score was significantly different, and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusions: 1.Artificial femoral head replacement is effective in the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients. It can make the patients get early bed activities and reduce the complications caused by confined to bed. 2.Zhuanggu oral tablets for patients with femoral head replacement can improve bone density, improve the serum Caã€Pã€ALP index,promote bone formation, promote joint activities, accelerate recovery for patient after operation. |
