Clinical Study On Treatment Of Visual Fatigue By "Moching Moxibustion At Four Points In Four Seasons" Combined With

Purpose: To observed changes in symptoms and signs before and after treatment of the eye,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of this method of visual fatigue.through the“eyes of friction points thursday moxibustion” joint esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops eye drops eye fatigue,Materials and Methods: 120 cases of visual fatigue patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 60 cases and control group using esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops eye drops in the treatment, 1 drop each time, 2 times a day. The treatment group in the control group therapy based on combined with thunder fire moxibustion eye points on Thursday to impose “sparrow pecking moxibustion” and massage therapy, once a day, every 10 minutes. Two groups of treatment were 15 days. Before and after the treatment of visual fatigue symptoms and signs score and statistical analysis, the differences between the two groups before and after treatment were observed between the two groups.Results:1. After treatment, the total effective rate of the control group was 68.3%, and the total effective rate was 96.7%. The total curative effect of the two groups was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.01).2. Before and after treatment, the average score of the two groups was compared, the difference of treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.01), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before and after treatment, the average scores of the two groups were compared, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01). After treatment, the average scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups were compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).3. After treatment between the two groups of non durable, inspect content fuzzy, dryness,eyelid spasm, headache, insomnia and bulbar conjunctiva hyperemia, nipple hypertrophy,hyperplasia of follicle integral comparisons, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),between the two groups in pain and but integral compared with statistical significance(P<0.05), between the two groups a burning sensation, memory impairment symptoms compared. No obvious difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Visual fatigue effect is clear “eye on Thursday acupoint massage and Moxibustion”combined with augentropfen Stulln mono eye drops in treatment of, can significantly improve the patients clinical symptoms and signs.2. “Eye point massage combined with Moxibustion on Thursday,” Stolen eye drops is pure Stolen eye drops in the treatment of visual fatigue effect.
