Objective:Based on heart and liver related theory to explore inflammatory factors of heat shock protein 27(Hsp27) and C-reactive protein(CRP) in different age groups of atrial fibrillation(AF) in the serum of patients with the expression and its clinical significance.Methods: From the "liver" dialectical, collection to meet the liver blood deficiency, heart malnutrition; or liver yang hyperactivity, disturbed mind; or stagnation of qi due to depression of the liver, cardiac vascular obstruction three syndrome types and in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine elderly atrial fibrillation patients 90 cases, according to the different age groups were divided into group A(60-69 years old) 30 cases, 30 cases of group B(70-79 years old), group C(80-89 years old) 30 cases, the average age(67±6.8) years of 30 cases of normal control group and 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram were selected as the control group. Extraction in patients with atrial fibrillation episodes of venous blood 4ml of the day, placed in EDTA and aprotinin 50 U tube, and in the ice box save, 2h will blood samples on serum taken after 4 ℃ 3000 rpm centrifuge for 10 min finally save in-80 ℃ low-temperature refrigerator.In patients with atrial fibrillation attack on the day of the venous blood 4 ml.Using enzyme-linked immunoassay(ELISA) determination of CRP and HSP27 concentration respectively, and compare the serum levels of CRP and HSP27 differences between groups.Results: 1.The concentration of HSP27 was 0.499±0.071mg/L in serum of patients with A group,the concentration of HSP27 was 0.466±0.054mg/L in serum of patients with B group, the concentration of HSP27 was 0.426±0.079mg/L in serum of patients with C group, the concentration of HSP27 was 0.393±0.029mg/L in serum of patients with normal group.There was a significant difference in serum concentrations of HSP27 between three age groups and normal control group(P<0.05),there were significant differences in serum concentrations of HSP27 in three age groups(P<0.05),and the age with HSP27 were negatively correlated.2.The concentration of CRP was 0.489±0.053mg/L in serum of patients with A group,the concentration of CRP was 0.456±0.065mg/L in serum of patients with B group, the concentration of CRP was 0.427±0.036mg/L in serum of patients with C group, the concentration of CRP was 0.397±0.069mg/L in serum of patients with normal group.There was a significant difference in serum concentrations of CRP between three age groups and normal control group(P<0.05),there were significant differences in serum concentrations of CRP in three age groups(P<0.05),and the age with CRP were negatively correlated.Conclusion: The occurrence of atrial fibrillation may be associated with inflammation, inflammatory factors level is higher, the higher the risk of atrial fibrillation. HSP27 and CRP levels on the occurrence of atrial fibrillation and maintain plays an important role, especially in which the expression of HSP27 significance, can be used as a prediction index of AF.There was a linear correlation between the expression of CRP and HSP27 with age, that age is small, CRP and HSP27 to predict the risk of atrial fibrillation more meaningful.
