Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Modified Zexie Decoction In The Treatment Of Phlegm Dampness Type Tinnitus

Purpose:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Zexie Decoction in the treatment of phlegm dampness type tinnitus.Material and method: 70 Unilateral tinnitus patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups( treatmengt group and control group),Each group was 35 cases, The treatmengt group was given intravenous Chuanxiong Glucose Injection and Oxiracetam Injection, and oral modified Zexie Decoction decoction; The control group was given intravenous Glucose Injection and Oxiracetam Injection Chuanxiong treatment. 2 groups were 3 weeks for a course of treatment. Method:The treatmengt group were treated with oral medicine decoction and drug efficacy of the control group were treated with drugs were compared. Contrast method: 1.Compared with the two groups of subjects before treatment, the average amplitude of the distortion product ear acoustic emission(DPOAE); 2.Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups after the treatment, whether there are differences between the groups, A questionnaire was used to investigate the tinnitus handicap scale(THI). Comparison of the total score and the scores;3.Comparison of two groups of patients after treatment by the result of tinnitus curative effect determination.Comparative measurement data using paired t test, count data using X2 test,Rank sum test for rank data.Results:1. by DPOAE detection of two groups of subjects were compared before treatment, after the frequency of the average amplitude, found before treatment in two groups of subjects of each frequency were no difference(P > 0.05). The frequency of the average amplitude of the subjects in the two groups after treatment DPOAE test results are different, statistically significance(P < 0.05), and found that the 500 HZ 1000HZ.2000 HZ.2. the effect is more obvious through the tinnitus handicap inventory THI were compared before and after treatment, the two groups of subjects total score(C+E+F) than A statistically significant(P < 0.05), The single C, E, F before treatment, after comparing statistics have obvious difference(P < 0.05)After treatment, the two groups were compared.The total score and the individual F, E significant difference, there is no difference between the individual C items.Conclusion:Alisma Decoction in the treatment of phlegm wet trapped resistance type tinnitus is effective, especially for phlegm wet trapped in low frequency tinnitus effect is better. For the patients with emotional and psychology with ease.
