Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In Biobank Standardized Management In China

The internationalization of medical science research is the trend of the current medical development, and the relationship between the countries in the world is becoming increasingly close. In international medical science, there is no sharing between the various human body sample and load information used in medical research. In addition, the quality of the sample cannot be recognized. It has become the inevitable mode of the development of all walks of life in the standard management, the various fields of Medical Science in our country also introduced the relevant standard management method, the establishment of standardized management system. In addition to the basic medical instrument equipment to become the field of medical science, the standardization of management, for those non production lines of Biobank has become the standard of management of the next stage. Biobank management has important significance to the development of Chinese medicine. The structure and properties of the standard management can effectively strengthen the mutual cooperation between the research departments and researchers. The construction of Biobank in our country is getting more and more attention; however, many problems are encountered in the construction of Biobank. Foreign Biobank construction is much more mature than domestic, in the standardization has also been received from the international, national, industry and other aspects of attention.This research uses the method of literature analysis, expert consultation, and case analysis and so on. Through the analysis of the relevant cases in different countries on the Biobank construction process, the problems existed in the process of Biobank standardization management in our country, and some suggestions are put forward.Through the analysis of the current situation of Biobank development in China, the problems of Biobank standardization management in China. From the perspective of law, the legal system is not perfect, the administrative examination and approval system for Biobank is not unified, the lack of intellectual property protection. From the perspective of ethics, the main performance is:the function of the ethics committee is not clear, the ethics of the articles of association is not standardized, and the ethics audit personnel are not eligible for regular review and training. From the perspective of management analysis, the main is:the lack of effective operational mechanism, the design of organizational structure is reasonable, not set up a suitable standard management rules and regulations and in the allocation of resources in the process of uneven phenomenon.In view of the above problems, this paper draws on the experience of Biobank management in the world, combined with the actual operation of our country, put forward the following suggestions. We need to improve the relevant laws and regulations, to build a network of ethical supervision, and establish a suitable Biobank management mechanism.
