Research On Resource Sharing Management Optimization Of Taizhou Cohort Biobank

In 2007,Fudan university made useful attempts and careful explorations in the construction of large-scale cohorts,more than 20 research units collaborated to carry out multidisciplinary,multiple diseases and multiple factors research.Referring to international standards,after fully consideration of economic transition period,representative genetic structure and other factors,finally chose to start the construction of the core demonstration cohort of Chinese population in Taizhou,Jiangsu Province — Taizhou cohort.In the process of resource sharing in Taizhou cohort for more than 10 years,some problems of resource sharing in biobank were found.At present,some universities,scientific research institutions and hospitals in China have made preliminary attempts in the sharing of biological sample database resources,and some progress have been made,but they have still not been able to achieve open sharing nationwide.It is not only the trend of the construction and development of the international biobank but also the best way to improve the utilization efficiency of the biobank in China.Only by scientifically and accurately identifying the needs of all participants in the sharing interaction,and objectively and comprehensively analyzing the current situation,problems and causes of the resource sharing management of biobank,can relevant measures be put forward specifically to promote the development of this work.Taizhou cohort has made some achievements in the process of resource sharing management of biobank in the past 10 years,but at the same time it has found some problems in resource sharing management.Based on the biobank resource sharing management requirements as the research starting point,according to the public product theory and information resources management theory,and through literature study and comparative analysis,this article discusses the significance of the resource sharing management of biobank,analysis the basic demand of promoting resource sharing management of Taizhou cohort biobank,and concludes that there are insufficient motivation for resource sharing management,lack of application mechanism for resource sharing management,the level of resource sharing management informationization is not high and sustainable development of resource sharing management mechanism to improve the problem.By discussing the Taizhou cohort biobank resource sharing management issues,The causes of the problems are as follows:The laws and regulations on resource sharing management are insufficient,the system and mechanism of resource sharing management is not sound,the technology level of resource sharing management is not high,and the hematopoietic ability of resource sharing management itself is weak.Based on the useful experience at home and abroad,combined with the actual development of resource sharing management of Taizhou cohort biobank,the construction of laws and regulations system for resource sharing management of Taizhou cohort biobank is accelerated,the system and mechanism for management of Taizhou cohort biobank is improved,the management technology and capability of Taizhou cohort biobank are improved,and formulating the paid service system for resource sharing management,some countermeasures and suggestions of management optimization are put forward.
