Objective To analysis of lupus nephritis(LN) biopsy pathology and clinical manifestations and related laboratory test results, investigate lupus nephritis clinical and pathological correlation relationship. Methodology A retrospective analysis of 120 cases of LN patients with general information, clinical manifestations, pathological type and laboratory tests. Data using SPSS Statistics 17.0 software for statistical analysis. Results: (1).Age 15 to 60 years, mean age(34.61 ± 10.84) years; male to female ratio: 1:14.(2).LN pathological type: Ⅰ type 13.33%, type Ⅱ 50.83%, Ⅲ type 12.5%, Ⅳ type 16.67%, Ⅴ type 6.67%, of which the most common type Ⅱ. Men with the most common type Ⅳ, women with the most common type Ⅱ, the proportion of type Ⅱ and Ⅳ LN patients was significantly lower than male-type female(P value <0.001)(3).Univariate analysis of clinical symptoms appeared serositis, hypertension, edema LN performance between different pathological type group differences,(P <0.05). Kidney damage in clinical classification, occult nephritis in patients with type Ⅱ LN common, nephrotic syndrome type Ⅳ, Ⅴ type more common, there are significant differences between the pathological type group,(P <0.05). Fluid system abnormalities, among pathological type group no significant difference,(P values> 0.05).(4).Laboratory tests of blood CysC, ALB, BUN, Cr, TG, urine protein, 24 h urine protein were elevated among groups of different pathological type was statistically significant difference,(P <0.05). Immunological parameters of blood AnuA, C1 q, C3 were elevated among groups of different pathological type was statistically significant difference,(P <0.05). Patients with SLEDAI score lowest.(5).Ⅰ type LN, followed Ⅱ type, Ⅳ type highest. SLEDAI scores and serum cystatin C concentration between light type Ⅰ, Ⅱ LN patients with severe LN patients with type Ⅲ, Ⅳ type, Ⅴ type a statistically significant difference, P <0.05.(6) Clinical manifestations, LN pathological type as the two classification using Logistic regression model for multivariate analysis, the results are shown with a rash, serositis, blood pressure, edema, chest tightness, clinical symptoms, severe kidney disease pathology.Conclusion(1).LN renal pathological type Ⅱ and most common type. Men with the most common type Ⅳ.(2).Rash, serositis, hypertension, edema, chest tightness, clinical symptoms were independent risk factors for severe LN.(3)Lupus nephritis pathological and clinical manifestations and laboratory diagnosis of some relevance.
