Vincenzo Bellini (1801-835) is a nineteenth century Italian romanticopera composer, composing a total of11operas, several symphonies,instrumental music and art songs in his lifetime. His writing is knownfor its beautiful melody. Bellini’s art songs, six Ariettas dedicated toMarianne Perini, demonstrate perfect lyrical and narrative combination,which are consistent with Bellini’s operatic music style and have greatmusic and teaching value.This paper will be divided into three parts for research. First of all,Bellini’s art songs are summarized; arietta interpretation is defined; thesix Ariettas of Bellini for Marianne Perini has its basic informationclassified. Secondly, the artistic characteristics of Bellini’s six Ariettasare analyzed from the viewpoint of musical details and text. Finally,there is a discussion of practical experience with singing in helpingvocal music learners with providing inspiration.
