The Developing Direction Of Art Photography In Digital

Photography, as a newly developing art category, has been always debatable since its appearing moment. The focal point of this controversy is exactly the explanation of "What is Art". As far as photography is concerned, the photographer aspiring art would never be satisfied with "simply record", they persue the unique perspectives and insight of some circumstance, some emotion and some social relations.The thesis of the text,"Development direction of Art Photography in Digital Era" includes two aspects of explorations:One hand, traditional photography has limitation to art photography because of technology; on the other hand, the improvement of digital technology in digital era is a great motivator to art photography. This paper is based on the above two aspects.
