In "Zuo Zhuan" the record gets rich and in Sima Qian’s "Historical Records" of HanDynasty the story began to take shape. From then, thanks to the writers of every dynasty, the storyhas today’s appearance. In the process of circulating, the story is inheriting previous works andabsorbing new characters and new plots, so the theme of the story is sublimating all the time.Because of the endless passing of the torch, the story of orphan of the Zhao’s today still has vitality.Introductory part of the article starts from the causes of the research, illustrating thesignificance of this study and pointing out the research methods by classifying the currentdomestic and international research methods on the "Orphan". The body of the article consists ofthe following five chapters:Chapter1:"Orphan" original story records. The first chapter is a careful study on the originalstory in "Zuo Zhuan", aiming to ascertain the truth of "Orphan" story.Chapter2: The occurrence of "Orphan" story and its gradually expanded practicalsignificance. The second chapter is about the study of the birth of the story, which first contrastingthe story in "Zhao family of Historical Records" with the one in "Zuo Zhuan", then explainingthe records of Tang and Song "deposit alone" hero worship.Chapter3: The story of "Orphan" achieved its unprecedented prosperity and externalcommunication. This chapter majorly studies the Yuan poetic drama "Orphan of the Zhao’s".First it contrasts the record of the theater “Orphan” with the content of “Historical Records”,and then conducts a detailed demonstration of extraterritorial spread of the Yuan Dynasty"Orphan".Chapter4: The "Orphan" story’s modern present and contemporary adaptation. The fourthchapter is a research on the contemporary film adaptation like the film "Orphan". First find thedifference of the film "Orphan" and the Yuan Dynasty "Orphan," and then describe the wholebackground of contemporary film adaptation.Chapter5: The summary of evolution and exploring of the rules about the "Orphan" story.On the basis of a detailed argument of the first four chronological chapters, the fifth chapter madean analysis of the overall rheological profile and rules of "Orphan" story.
