The impact of emotion on cognition has attracted the interest of manyresearchers. And many theories about the impact of emotion on cognition has beenproposed, but there are still a lot of controversy. Currently, research on the emotionalimpact on attention concentrated on the study of emotional impact on attentional bias. Most studies conclude that negative emotional stimuli are more likely to causeattention bias. Relatively few studies, however, have been studied to explore theemotional impact on the concentration of attention. Based on these issues, the studyused the short video start technology to start emotion and experimentally measuredconcentration of attention to explore the emotional impact on the concentration ofattention. The study used the short video start technology and regard happy, anger, sadnessshort video as a start stimulus. The study used junior high school students as subjects.Regard the age, emotion regulation self-efficacy, emotion as independent variables.Regard the concentration of attention as the dependent variable. Through the analysisof experimental results, get the following conclusions:1.In junior high school students, focus index under the happy mood wassignificantly higher than that under angery or sad mood. Focus index under the sadmood was higher than that under angery mood. But the difference was not significant.2. The main effect of age on the concentration of attention was notable. The olderwere significantly higher than the younger. This shows that the students’concentration of attention has been significantly developed in junior high school age.3. The main effect of emotion regulation self-efficacy was not notable. But therewas a significant interaction between age and emotion regulation self-efficacy.Amonglow self-efficacy emotion regulation subjects, the focus index of the older were higherthan the younger. |
