Under the academic background which Zhu zi’s Neo-Confucianism was a prevailing theory in Ming dynasty, Xue Jingzhi studied along from Song dynasty to Ming Neo-Confucianism and combined with Guan ideology, formed the Tiantao theory,Mind-nature theory and Gongfu Theory.Based on the description of Guanxuebian and Mingruxuean for Xue Jingzhi,and Xue’s article Sianyelu as the main study materials,this article comb and locate the Xue Jingzhi’s Neo-Confucianism thought.Article begins in Xue Jingzhi research present situation and existing problems are analyzed, to Xue Jingzhi’s life, works are introduced. Then three parts of Xue Jingzhi philosophy, belonging to his school and his influence on later generations are expounded and summarized.Paper main body part emphatically introduces the philosophical thought of Xue Jingzhi, this is the core part of the paper. Respectively from the cosmology, disposition theory and the theory of learning in the third part, to its philosophy involved in all kinds of content analysis is introduced.Xue Jingzhi on cosmology, puts forward the "tai chi series, facilitating and carrots" point of view. Xue Jingzhi agree with the song "the promise and tai chi" universe generated schema, and tai chi as the highest noumenon, think cover in tai chi and qi source. The Xue Jingzhi will differentiation, tai chi and reason with tai chi can’t think.In facilitating relationship, Xue Jingzhi coordinate position, increase the gas to and reason that the world consists of gas, Richard is internalized in the stipulation and the law of all things. For learning path, on one hand he is proposed to control the gas inner cultivation, think that should pay attention to the direction of heart, can’t put down the heart gets out of control; On the other hand is put forward to control the heart want to be engaged in the air, through worship to distinguish between good and evil, practive self-restraint in the matter. Xue Jingzhi also puts forward impartially on how the political person governing is the kernel.After explains the Xue Jingzhi philosophy, the article by school belonging to its problems were also discussed. Article using the concept of "learning" in "time","space" and "learning" three dimensions of Xue Jingzhi man and its thought has made the positioning, made Xue Jingzhi thoughts belong to the conclusion of guan in Ming dynasty.Finally, the paper discusses the characteristics and influence of Xue Jingzhi thought. As a famous Ming guanzhong scholar in Ming dynasty,Xue Jingzhi plays a key role for the prosperity of Guan ideology, which forms a connecting link between the preceding,and the thought also reflects the development of Neo-Confucianism thoughts at that time.
