Since hanlide and hasang brought up the cohesion theory, many scholars have carried out a series of relative research. Though a lot of results have been achieved, most of them are limited to the comparison in the cohesion means of English and Chinese. There are less comparison between Chinese and Russian, especially less comparison in the cohesion means between Chinese and Russian. Given the fact, on the basis of the cohesion theory by hanlide and hasang, this thesis aims at discussing the similarities and differences of cohesion means of paragraphs between Russian and Chinese. Furthermore, through collecting, sorting and analyzing the compositions of the Russian students from College of international culture and education of Heilongjiang university, the author intends to find the errors and difficult points in using the cohesion means, explore the reasons behind it, and put forward some solutions accordingly with the hope that it will be helpful for the teaching of Russian and Chinese paragraphs.
