| This research takes300vocational students as subjects to research future time perspective, social support, self concept and their association by questionnaire. The paper analyze differences of vocational students’future time perspective in demographic variables by T-test and ANOVA. Then we apply correlation and regression analysis to study relationship of future time perspective, social support and self concept, and further explore predictive effect of social support and self concept on vocational students’future time perspective. After analysis and discussion, the research draw conclusions as follow:(1) The vocational students have good perspective of future time, but their perspective is low compared with previous research about students.(2) The vocational students’time future perspective has significant differences in levels of parenting styles, but the differences are not significant after multiple comparisons. There are significant age, urban-rural, singleton and parental education levels differences among vocational students’behavioral commitment, and significant gender and parental education levels differences among the students’far goal orientation. The sense of purpose and future image have significant family education differences.(3) There are significant correlations between vocational students’future time perspective and social support. The vocational students of higher social support have better future time perspective.(4) There are significant positive correlations between vocational students’future time perspective and self concept. The higher the vocational students’self concept are, the better their future time perspective is. Namely, self concept is an important factor in future time perspective. |
