Education is oriented towards the future.Cultivating the necessary character and key ability for lifelong development and social development is an important educational goal in developing the core competence of students in our country.the new curriculum reform requires the cultivation of students’ ability to "learn knowledge",and the learning style has changed from "unified and centralized learning" to "the combination of individual independent learning and centralized learning".the double reduction policy in2021 not only gives students more free time,but also challenges students’ autonomy.As one of the core competence,autonomous learning affects students’ ability to enjoy learning and be good at learning.autonomous learning is not only related to students’ academic adaptation and performance,but also the key factor affecting students’ future development adaptation.In this context,more and more attention has been paid to the influencing factors of autonomous learning.Junior high school is an important stage of students’ knowledge and ability development,but also a high-risk stage of achievement differentiation and weariness.therefore,it is of great significance to study the autonomy of junior high school students in learning.Family is an important micro-system that directly affects individual development.the parenting style of parents is one of the main ways to implement family influence.previous studies have found that the parenting style of parents is closely related to students’ autonomous learning.As a positive parenting style,more and more attention has been paid to parental autonomy support,which helps to enhance students’ autonomy and stimulate their intrinsic motivation,so as to make their academic performance more positive.At the same time,future perspective is an individual’s cognition,emotional experience and behavioral tendency towards the future,which is an important individual factor affecting individual development and adaptation.In particular,adolescents are at a critical stage of self-identity formation,which is of greater significance....How students think and see their future affects their current state of learning--when students have a clearer and more optimistic view of their future,they are more likely to study hard.the e level of parental autonomy support also affects children’s future time perception.Based on the above discussion,combined with the actual life development of adolescents,in the perspective of system ecology and expectation-value theory,this paper intends to explore the relationship between parents’ autonomous support,future time insight and autonomous learning and its internal mechanism,and on this basis,carry out empirical intervention research.Specifically,this study includes two studies: Study one adopts the method of questionnaire survey to understand the current situation,characteristics and relationship of students in parental autonomy support,future time perspective and independent learning,and discusses the mediating role of future insight in parental autonomy support and independent learning.In the second study,on the basis of the first study,a mental health class with the theme of future time perspective was carried out,and the effect of future time perspective on independent learning was discussed by examining the intervention effect of psychological class.In study 1,525 junior high school students were surveyed using the parent Autonomy Support Scale,the General Future time perspective Scale and the Secondary School Autonomy Learning Questionnaire.the results show that:(1)there are differences in parents’ autonomy support among junior middle school students in terms of gender,grade and family residence;In terms of future perspective there are differences in grade,single child and family type.In terms of independent learning,there are differences in grade,family’s current residence and mother’s education level.(2)parents’ autonomous support,future time perspective and autonomous learning were positively correlated.(3)Future time perspective plays a mediating role in parents’ autonomous support and autonomous learning.Study two,a junior high school in Wuhan two classes of subjects,it can be divided into homogeneous intervention group and control group,intervention group of students take six times in the future time perspective psychology class,with the theme of the course based on the structure of the future vision and design activities-expected value theory,The work revolves around the five dimensions of students’ future purpose,future intention,distant goal orientation,future effectiveness and behavioral commitment.The results show that carrying out the mental health class with future time insight as the theme is helpful to improve the future time insight of junior high school students and improve the level of independent learning.This study reveals that the future time insight of junior high school students is an important mediating mechanism of parental autonomous support affecting autonomous learning,and provides a set of feasible schemes for improving students’ future time insight and promoting the development of students’ autonomous learning ability.
