Vasily Shukshin-known writer, actor and director, who occupies a prominentplace in the history of Russian literature. It has its unique artistic style. Although hiswriting career continued only ten years plus, but he left for future generationsvaluable literary wealth. He wrote two novels, four stories,116short stories and5screenplays. His stories have particularly significant achievements. Two years afterhis death in1976, the government not only awarded Shukshin the Lenin Prize, butalso named schools and streets after him, as well as many museums built in honorShukshin. In this paper describes Shukshin’s creative arts system in three aspects: thethemes of his stories, types of characters in novels and short stories and feature ofShukshin’s creative style. This work consists of an introduction, three main chaptersand a conclusion. The introduction discusses the purpose, meaning and the maincontent of the study, generalized other’s research work in China and abroad. In thefirst chapter the theme of creativity Shukshina separated in the following three aspects-the relationship between the towns and villages, the search of moral worth of the“little man” and the truth of life. Creativity of Shukshin reflects the social reality ofthe Soviet Union in the60-70years of the last century, shows certain social problemsand contradictions. Finding solutions for the problems and contradictions in society,Shukshin fully expressed their moral ideals, and that is precisely the core of his artsystem. The second chapter is summarized and classified protagonists in Shukshin’sstory-cranks, stupid and repentant. Despite all kinds of heroes in Shukshin’s story,we can easily observe that almost all the characters is ordinary people that could becalled "little man". Shukshin saw them as anxiety, confusion, pain and frustration,he wanted to show all these feelings to readers, and tell how to eliminate pain and findpeace. n the chapter three we will see unique methods for creating images, humorousstorytelling and cinematic means. In novels and stories of Shukshin, dynamic andstatic description of the action more than a description of the scene, because he writeslike a cinematographer.
