Research On Human Resource Allocation Of Cultural Industry In Liaoning Province

Liaoning province is a political, economic and cultural development in the northeastof core region, level of economic development and social development level in northeastChina and even the whole country are at the forefront. Revitalization of the northeast oldindustrial base in the country in recent years, such as the strategic policy, under theimpetus of the economic and social development and ushered in a golden development,under this background, the development of all walks of life have been further. As anemerging sunrise industry, cultural industry development is rapid, and has graduallybecome a regional leading industries, and therefore the current investigations of theculture industry has entered a golden age. Based on this background, from theperspective of cultural industry of human resources, the configuration problems ofhuman resources in the cultural industry are discussed and the research, and puts forwardsome optimization strategy.This paper studies the main content of the six parts:The first part of this article research background, research significance, and on thebasis of the relevant domestic and foreign scholars on cultural industry development andresearch of human resource configuration, then introduces the research methods of thisarticle and some innovation, finally are introduced in this paper, by using the relatedtheory, and has made the simple narrative of the theory.The second part is about the culture industry related concepts and characteristics ofthe definition and description, and also about the present situation of the development ofcultural industry in liaoning province made various narrative.The third part introduces the related concepts of human resource, and also made asummary about the present situation of the manpower resource of liaoning province andnarrative.The fourth part from the two dimensions of time and space and characteristics aboutthe present situation of the manpower resource of cultural industry in liaoning provinceare analyzed, and on the basis of describing the development of cultural industry and therelationship of human resource configuration.The part fifth and the sixth part first analyzes the problems existing in the humanresources allocation of cultural industry in liaoning province and the causes of theseproblems, then puts forward the corresponding optimization measures targeted.
