"qilai"is one of the representative words in directional complement, which is also frequently used in Chinese.Previously we made most research on its ontology, while rarely on its acquistion. In the essay,we started from Syntactic and Semantic Analysis of qilai"in the aspect of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. According to the analysis, we chose12types as the objects of study. Based on the Multidimensional Model,we adopted questionnaire investigation to collect data among60foreign students, then employed the methods of Implicational Scaling, cluster analysis in SPSS18.0to deal with them. With the data, the containable relations in3-level students are proved. Then we divided the whole acquisitional process of learning "qilai" into4stages. In the discussion part of language processing strategies, we discovered that the students are influenced by semantic processing strategy, canonical order strategy of the target, inversion strategy, and split strategy, each of which will make a continuous influence on students in different levels.Meanwhile, we also discover that the types of "qilai" without objects and those of basic meaning are much easier to learn. In the next part we make a research on subject evaluation on the acquistion of "qilai" by using the Vocabulary Knowledge Scale. We discover that the foreign students’cognitive evaluation is much optimistic, which means it could not relect the the actual acquistion situation. Comparatively, the students in middle level could evaluate more accurately. The significance of the essay is that based on the Multidimensional Model theory, the research on the acquistion of "qilai "helps us carve the language leaning stage and discover the language processing strategy as well. Finally we combine the subject evaluation with the survey result so that we could make a rounded-analysis on the acquistion of "qilai".
