With varied sources of information interacting with one another, theintegration of different subjects or the split of them has been acceleratedtremendously. In consequence, boundaries which originally differentiateeach subject from the rest exert great influence among each other, thusgenerating new information through reordering. The newly generatedmessages are so unique that they may potentially be singled out as a newlanguage, namely, a new aesthetic perspective for art design. So, theintroduction of architecture into stage setting brings about the distinctivequalities and thinking pattern of architecture and innovation for stage art,which seriously deserve our attention. This article aims to discuss thepossible fusion of architecture and stage setting based on their commonhistory, providing an insight for their virtual combination in the future.Meanwhile, the rich knowledge incorporated in the two maturelydeveloped subjects entails the dissertation, instead of constricting thetopic to a certain aspect, to exhibit a large number of cases, offeringwell-rounded viewpoints to demonstrate arguments.
