| T his paper presents a study using a series of systematic textbooks of Chinese history(Chinese Ancient History, Chinese Modern History:1840-1949, Chinese Contemporary History), used by international students majoring in Chinese language in Fudan University. Guided by the theory of intercultural communication and intercultural edcation, the study takes the compilation of the teaching materials as the breakthrough point. Through deep study of the form and content of these systematic textbooks, combined with survey to parts of international students, the aim is to assess these teaching materials, hoping the assessment can contribute to the compilation of the systematic culture teaching materials. Further discussions about obstacles, challenges and opportunities of the culture teaching in the terms of the promotion of Chinese language are possible on this basis. |
