With the development of society and the progress of English education, moreand more people attach importance to English. In recent years, there are all kinds ofEnglish teaching materials varied, making it difficult to select. English textbooks asthe main carrier of the curriculum implementation, is an important factor that isaffecting the quality of teaching, but also affect an important factor in studentlearning. Therefore, it is very important to explore compliance with the law ofdevelopment of the children’s language development law and mental and physicalmaterials. Therefore, in the analysis of children’s second language acquisition law onthe basis of empirical investigation, external research agency published the SparksInternational Children English were evaluated.The Sparks International Children English published by Foreign LanguageTeaching and Research Press,2011officially introduced by the Yunnan HendersonSchool and as a validation of training materials for5-12year-old children and put intouse, the object of this study is Sparks International Children English all six materials,its integrity evaluation, the use of evaluation, and the use of content analysis of thecontents of the evaluation.Teaching evaluation steps are divided into: First, by reading the literature,summed Children ’s SLA voice, semantics, syntax, pragmatics these four aspects ofthe law. Second, by reading the textbook and supporting resources for teachingobjective, content and materials showing integrity evaluation and expression. Thirdthrough a survey to understand the teachers’ evaluation of the materials, the use ofsocial science statistical software SPSS21.0statistical analysis of the data collected,and then summarize the evaluation of teachers teaching materials. Fourth, the use ofcontent analysis on the content of the materials to undertake a comprehensive analysisand evaluation, and propose reforms.The article is divided into five parts:First part of the brief textbook evaluation background, significance, andresearch design.The second part, summarized at home and abroad on Second Language Acquisition Research and defined materials related concepts.The third part, from the voice, semantic, syntactic, four aspects of children’ssecond language acquisition law.Fourth part of the materials for all aspects of evaluation.The fifth part is the comprehensive analysis and evaluation materials andcomments and suggestions.
