Social responsibility is a central link from receiving Social responsibility totaking Social responsibility for social individual, is a requirement for human beingand doing something. Citizen’s Social responsibility direct deceive his responsibilitytaking,affect the future of Chinese, rise and fall of nation, even the fate of humanbeing.So, the party central committee special take highly of Social responsibility. Asthe staff born after1980go to work, researches and leaders pay attention to the Socialresponsibility of New generation staff, So, studying the Social responsibility of Newgeneration staff is a task with realistic meaning, which is helpful to know theSocial responsibility of New generation staff. This study used documentinvestigation, Brain Storming, questionnaire survey expert assessment, got theexperimental material of implicit Social responsibility.Then through experimentmeasured the Social responsibility of New generation staff, this study includes fourexperiments:The evaluation dimension of the first experiment is “agree” and“disagree”,which is to exam whether the New generation staff recognize the Socialresponsibility or not in implicit cognition, dimension of the second experiment isdivided into “self” and”no—self” to check whether New generation staff, cancontact the Social responsibility with themselves or not in implicit cognition,and toinfer whether New generation staff, have been internalized the Socialresponsibility.Alsal,dimension of the third and fourth experiment is divided into“self” and”no—self” to check the cognition and act tendency of New generation staff,and to compare which is higher. In addition,for comparison with the implicit degreeof New generation staff Social responsibility,the explicit degree is also measured.Through the study,we got the following conclusions:(1)There is implicit Social responsibility, implicit Social responsibility cognition,implicit Social responsibility act tendency in New generation staff hart, that Newgeneration staff have Social responsibility.(2)the implicit agree degree is higher,but the implicitinternalized degree is lower,needing transform the agree degree tointernalized degree.(3)the Social responsibility cognition is higher than act tendency, the depart oftwo is heigh, (4) the implicit Social responsibility departed the explicit Social responsibility,the implicit Social responsibility cognition departed the explicit Socialresponsibility cognition, the implicit Social responsibility act tendency departed theexplicit act tendency.(5)The implicit Social responsibility and implicit act tendency of Newgeneration staff is different from the old ones.
