A Study Of The Sacrificial Ceremony Of The Yellow Emperor From The Perspective Of Empirical Functionalism

Huang emperor was the ancestor of the Chinese nation, the founder of Chinese civilization. He has been in commemoration of the memory of ancestors from ancient to modern times. Along with social progress and the improvement of people’s living standards, since ancient times, has been handed down such a sacrificial rite is on the wane, but expression of nostalgia and reverence for sacrifice is never lost. Current research on the Huang emperor lies in its cultural significance and impact analysis, and function research of Huang emperor sacrificial rituals are rare. Therefore, Sacrifice Ritual Research Under The Experience Functionalism Theory Perspective suggests that there is a need for ritual activities such as Huang emperor worship analysis explored the role of social life. Paper cut in from the sacrificial rites of the Huang emperor, passed on from ancient to modern textual research and investigation of Huang emperor sacrificial rituals, adequate material analysis and research on the development of Huang emperor sacrificial rituals and ritual significance and connotation of the Huang emperor made a detailed explanation and textual criticism.
