| Along with the development and progress of the society and the consciousness of woman, the female painters have played an important part in art and have attracted more attentions by people. They express the complicated feelings which they receive during the oppressive and multiple lives by their exquisite and unique observations. On this account, their works become the colorful flame in art of the world. This thesis discusses the Chinese and German painters’similarities and differences between Zhou Sicong who draw Chinese painting and Kaethe Kollwitz who is good at woodcut who are the famous female artists in 20C. By the compare of their art styles in order to show the performance and importance of women emotion in the creation of art. |
