Accompany the eastern railway had been build and many the Russian immigrants had been Inrush to Northeast China, the Orthodox also had been spread rapidly in Northeast China, which is the state religion of Tsarist Russia. The eastern railway as the propagation center of the Orthodox, but the propagation is not achieved overnight, it has gone through several important stages. The golden age of the development of the Orthodox in Northeast China is 1922-1924. During this period, due to efforts and preparations from Eastern Railway Bureau and the Orthodox Christians, the Harbin parish had been set up that the hierarch was Mefoge. After the establishment of the Harbin parish, the situation of the Orthodox decrees varying and leadership confusion was changing. That began a new chapter in the spread of the Orthodox in Northeast China. The jurisdiction of the Harbin parish Included Heilongjiang Province, Jilin Province and Liaoning Province. the Orthodox built a large number of churches, monasteries and other religious facilities. And the same time, positive developments in charity, culture and education, engage in commercial activities and so on. The development of all aspects of Northeast China society had a lot of influence. But that can not be ignored, such effects are cultural invasion in its outerwear of cultural transmission.
