| Economic transformation refers to the transformation of resource allocation and mode of economic development.From the international experience,both the developed countries and the new industrialized countries have achieved sustained and rapid development in the process of economic transformation and upgrading.In the process of economic transformation and upgrading,many industrial enterprises that have played a major role in the history of human development have been gradually replaced,leaving a large number of industrial heritage as an important witness to the history of industrial development and the history of urban development.The historical landscape and memory in the process of urban modern development contain the unique industrial culture and urban characteristics of the city,which is a rare and valuable asset in the process of urban industrial development.As the value of the implication of the objective and scientific evaluation,these industrial processes in the precious remains did not get the attention,industrial heritage in the "old city transformation" in the scene of the rapid disappearance of many industrial cities continue to staged,It is of great significance to carry out scientific value evaluation of industrial heritage.In this paper,the value of industrial heritage protection is measured by double boundary conditional value method.In the process of measurement,the respondents’evaluation of the value of industrial heritage will be influenced by their own psychological and external environment.This paper introduces the theory of planned behavior and discusses the influencing factors and influence degree of respondents’ willingness to pay for industrial heritage protection.In this paper,the Dalian section of the Middle East Railway is selected as the research object,and the questionnaire is designed on the basis of studying domestic and foreign research.The sample survey is conducted in four districts and Lushunkou district of Dalian.Combined with the characteristics of planned behavior and the characteristics of industrial heritage,the factors that affect the willingness to pay are determined as the attitude of the railway protection in theMiddle East,in order to protect the attitude of the Middle East Railway,subjective norms,perceived behavior control,ethics and the economic and social attributes of the respondents.(1)The average willingness to pay for the protection of the railway in the Middle East is 163.8 yuan for the residents of Dalian(four districts in the city and Lushunkou district);(2).In the case of the residents’ Based on the theory of planned behavior,the structural equation model is used to analyze the research data.The results show that the attitude,attitude and subjective norms have a significant positive impact on the willingness to pay.The respondents’perceptions,ethics and the Middle East Railway The perception of the status quo,cost perception has no significant impact on its willingness to pay.(3).In this paper,the relationship between the variables in the theoretical model of planned behavior is demonstrated.The results show that the respondents’ attitudes towards the protection of the Middle East Railway,the attitude of the Middle East railway protection,the subjective norms,the perceived behavior control and the moral norms The interaction between the significant.(4).the perception of the status quo of residents,the cost of awareness of the residents will not pay a significant impact on the willingness to pay.(5).In this paper,we use the more advanced binary CVM to evaluate the value of the railway in the Middle East,and use the theory of planned behavior to analyze the influencing factors of the respondents’ willingness to pay,and adjust the TPB model according to the industrial heritage characteristics,The results show that the TPB model can effectively explain the willingness to pay,and provide a reference for the analysis of the value of industrial heritage and the analysis of the willingness to pay. |
