Spinoza is a 17 th century Holland outstanding philosopher, and due to its unique historical position and significance, Spinoza’s philosophy, for a long time, has been the concern of the academic circles at home and abroad. As one of its core ideology in the ethical system, the highest good should be paid more attention. This paper, based on Spinoza’s theory of entities, forms the basis of highest good thought, then through the understanding to the good method, defines the highest good, answers the relationship between perfection and his freedom, perfection and supreme happiness, and then back to Spinoza, to the way to achieve good, generalizes the good ethics. God is not outside the nature, but in nature; people are no longer the creation of God,;everything follows the rules and laws of nature and goes endlessly. The highest good, in a sense, is in accordance with the divine laws of nature to live, and from the height of the entity to understand the nature of all things. This thesis, thus, tries to research Spinoza’s highest good thought to reveal his philosophical system and its position in the history of philosophy, and talks about the significance and influence of Spinoza’s highest good ideas in combination with theory and practice.
