Language is a social phenomenon, with the change of social changes. When collapse of Soviet Union, the russian social structure comprehensively restructured, social and political systems, the public psychology, cultural values also have great changes. As the national common language, Russia is bound to have an impact on language and its various subsystem, which are most affected vocabulary. Research russian vocabularies of the before and after collapse of Soviet Union became one of hot topics among foreign and native scholars. This paper selects in 1991 and in 2007 two editions of the ?Detailed Russian Dictionary?(?Толковый словарь русского языка?) for materials, which edited by Ожегов С.И. and Шведова Н.Ю., compared vocabulary in detail in the two editions of the dictionaries, find the added and reductive words, regard them as the research object and research the change of russian standard language after collapse of Soviet Union. On the one hand, According to the grammar and field we try our best to classify the added and reductive words and give the statistical data of changes words. On the other hand, focuse on the influence of foreign words, social dialect words, regional dialect words and the old russian words to the changes of russian. Our research shows that causing the change of vocabulary included in language and out language two factors.
