The present study is about studying the moral disengagement cross-sectional development characteristics of teenagers and explore how to intervene the teenagers who get higher moral disengagement scores, including two main research priorities: the moral disengagement cross-sectional development characteristics of teenagers and how to intervene the teenagers who get higher moral disengagement scores. With the teenagers who are in a critical period of life as subjects, the first study finally chooses 354 valid subjects and the second study finally chooses 24 valid subjects.W ith the moral disengagement questionnaire revised by ji-ping Yang as studying tool, the questionnaire has good reliability and validity. The first study applies cross-sectional design and the second study applies the consequences of cognitive, emotional training social learning, attribution. Through a series of experiment research and statistical analysis of the results, the results are as follows:1.The results about the moral disengagement cross-sectional developent characteristics:(1)Gender differences: in general, teenagers’ moral disengagement scores has a significant gender differences and the boys’ score was significantly higher than girls’; However from the point of each dimension, in four dimesions-advantageous comparison, displacement of responsibility, diffusion of responsibility, Attribution of blame-the mean of men and women did not reach significant difference, while the other four dimensions reached significant difference, and the mean of boys was significantly higher than girls.(2)Grade differences: in general, the mean of every grade has a significant differences and average scores of 2 grade is higher than the other, but a teenager’s moral disengagement didn’t present a trend of increasing or decreasing.(3)Dimension differences: through the paired comparison of every dimensions, the study found that in addition to the euphemistic language and diffusion of responsibility, displacement of responsibility and diffusion of responsibility has no significant differences, the others have significant differences; At the same time, the scores of Moral justification is higher than the other dimensions and advantageous comparison are significantly lower than other dimensions.2. The results about intervening the teenagers who get higher moral disengagement scores:(1)Through the study of the intervention of experimental group members, in general, after the intervention, the experimental group questionnaire scores average fell 15.345 points. “T” reaches 8.755 and is very significant. The intervention effect is very obvious and the moral level dropped significantly.(2)In each dimension analysis, through the intervention of experimental group members, after the intervention the mean scores of the experimental group have varying degrees of decline. Although the three dimensions- Advantageous comparison, Diffusion of responsibility, Attribution of blame-have no significant differences, the others average drop has been very significant, which shows that the intervention effect of the experimental group is obvious. This study can not only rich moral theory and cross-sectional study, it also can provide a good reference in practice about how to use various interventions.
