Shandong province is one of the earliest regions in the development of ChinaCivilization which could be traced back to the dawenkou and the Stone Age. Duringthe Spring and Autumn period and the Warring states period, qi, lu, cao and othercountries were set up in shandong area, so shandong is known as the land of qilu. Lusouthwest folk songs as an important part of the shandong folk songs have theirunique charm and characteristic. The southwest is the old red revolutionary area,sothere is deep feeling relation between the Communist Party and this area.My hometown is in heze city which is located in the southwest of China, a cornerof qilu area in shandong and it is at the junction of shandong, jiangsu, henan, andanhui four provinces. It has never been short of cultural celebrities and performingarts creation and shandong folk songs became more abundant and developed faster asthe big pagoda tree cultue in shanxi and the old stork nest culture were implanted. Interms of music, it also has a lot of national things, such as ChengWu drums, on-site tosuona, decides tao NiuTun drum music, shandong bangzi, etc. In operas, there are agreat variety of heze operas, mainly including shandong bangzi operas, big level, liuzidrama and so on, more than20kinds. There are also many materials in terms of folksongs such as\"small even\",\"boxer\",\"BaoLeng tune\",\"flowers bees to\" and soon.Shandong folk songs have many kands. In terms of the kinds of humorous folksongs and nursery rhymes, it’s hard to sort out the common characteristics. However,the folk song "lyrics BaoLeng", full of fresh characteristic and rich imagination, is awonderful scenery poem. The utilization of the word is also unique in the folk songs.The tune of the song is different from general folk song, especially melody structureand the combination of poem and opera both having unique styles."Take toad" is oneof heze ChengWu children’s songs, lyrics simple, vivid, single, small and exquisite,grace note appearance mostly with the tones of the language and tone of voice. Itgives a scene with the children catching small animals and playing. It is also areflection of people’s life of shandong province.Modern folk songs were added the scientific singing style and theaccompaniment of modern harmony technology.
