Luojishan Town located in Puge Country, Sichuan is a town mixed Yi Ethnic and Han. Yi Ethnic is the body of the local people, accounting for almost 80% of the whole town’s population. The local transport facilities, and provincial highway runs through the whole town. The local people cultivate economic crops while developing tourist industry. In the local frequent contact which other region and national conditions, the local language and language use, language combination relations are more complex.This paper based on the language usage situation of Yi Ethnic residents of Luojishan Town neighborhood committee and Machangping Village as the research object, by the means of field survey, interview and observation, obtains first-hand information. On the basis of field survey results, this paper summarizes the characteristics of local language use; analyze the cause of bilingualism phenomenon according to factors such as social environment; analyze features of language function identification and local language attitude; Starting from the present situation of bilingual use, analyzes the influence to each other in the process of the different languages in contact.This paper is divided into six parts and four chapters.The introduction part mainly introduces the significance of this topic, related research and research methods.The first chapter introduces relevant information of investigation place and object, analyzes the language use situation of Luojishan Town Yi Ethnic residents, and summarizes features of the local language use.The second chapter introduces the local language selection and bilingualism phenomenon, analyzes features and causes of this phenomenon.The third chapter introduces and summarizes language function identification and language affective identification.The forth chapter introduces the influences to each other in the process of the different languages in contact.The last Part summarizes the whole paper.
