Subjective well-being is a comprehensive evaluation of life satisfaction and emotional states, It is a comprehensive psychological index to measure the individual quality of life. After the Beijing Olympics in 2008, Chinaese Young volunteer organization was expending by leaps and bounds. This organization has played an important role in the society, such as assisting the government in solving social problems and promoting the development of modern civilization Subjective well-being is an important psychological reference index. Gradually, more and more people paid attention to the subjective well-being of the young volunteers.This study made survey with college student volunteers. Based on the survey analysis, we made testing by GWB, CSQ and CD-RISC to 994 college students volunteers from Yangzhou University. Then we made correlation analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis by statistical software SPSS 17.0, and analyze the status quo of subjective well-being, copying styles and resilience. Then we created structural equation model to explore the relations between subject well-being, coping style and resilience.The results are demonstrated as following.(1) College student volunteer overall level of subject well-being is in the average level, significantly higher than the norm. And college student volunteer overall subjective well-being have significant difference in gender, profession, family and other demographic variables.(2) Most of the students tend to adopt mature coping styles.(3) College students volunteer level of resilience in average, and significantly higher than the national norm.(4) College students volunteer’s subjective well-being, coping styles and resilience exists significant correlation relationship between the two. Subjective well-being and mature coping styles is significant positively correlated, and negatively correlated with immature coping styles. Resilience and mature coping styles is positively correlated, and negatively correlated with immature coping styles.(5) College student volunteers coping styles have significant prediction of subjective well-being, and resilience has certain prediction effect to subjective well-being.(6) Resilience plays a mediating role between subject well-being and copying style. College student volunteers coping styles through resilience indirect influence on subjective well-being.
