Objective: Under the background of the rise and development of positive psychology,more and more psychological research focuses on the positive qualities of human beings,such as hope,optimism,gratitude,happiness and positive fantasy.Among them,positive fantasy is paid more and more attention.As an important mechanism of cognitive adaptation,positive fantasy can improve positive information feedback and reduce negative information feedback,thus promoting the realization of self-worth.In view of this,this study takes college students as the research object to explore their positive fantasy,psychological resilience and subjective well-being characteristics and their relationship.On this basis,a group psychological counseling program is designed accordingly,and a group of college students who have low positive fantasy,low psychological resilience and low subjective well-being and voluntarily participate in group psychological counseling are intervened,and the intervention effect is tested.The purpose of this study is to explore the intervention ways to improve the subjective well-being of college students,and to provide corresponding theoretical and operational guidance for the mental health construction of college students.Methods: The research is divided into two stages.In the first stage,803 college students in a certain university in Yunnan Province were investigated by questionnaire,and the status quo was investigated by positive fantasy,psychological resilience and subjective well-being,and the relationship among the three variables was explored by path analysis.In the second stage,the quasi-experimental design was used to carry out the intervention experiment research,and the college students who met the requirements were selected as subjects(randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 15 students in each group)for group counseling intervention.The experimental group received 12 group counseling interventions twice a week,while the control group did not receive any treatment.The design of group psychological counseling aims to improve the subjective well-being by improving the positive fantasy and psychological resilience level of the experimental group.After the intervention,the effectiveness of the intervention was verified by combining the post-test data.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:Conclusion:(1)In this study,the positive fantasy level of college students is generally good,the psychological resilience level is generally low,and the subjective well-being is generally good.Their positive fantasy and various factors are significantly related to whether they have a partner,school satisfaction and interpersonal relationship;Psychological resilience and other factors are significantly related to family relationships and interpersonal relationships;Subjective well-being and various factors are significantly related to family relationships and interpersonal relationships.(2)In this study,college students’ subjective well-being has a significant positive correlation with psychological resilience;Positive fantasy and all factors are positively correlated with psychological resilience.Subjective well-being is positively correlated with positive fantasy and all factors.(3)In this study,the factors of college students’ positive fantasy,such as idealization,sense of control and optimism,partially mediate between psychological resilience and subjective well-being.(4)In this study,the improvement of positive fantasy,psychological resilience and subjective well-being in the experimental group of group psychological counseling was significantly higher than that in the control group.(5)The group psychological counseling designed in this study can improve the positive fantasy and psychological resilience level of the experimental group,and achieve the effect of improving the level of subjective well-being. |
