A Study Of Patriotic Theme In Korean Literature

This article researched on the Envoy literature for Ming dynasty, explores its patriotic theme and analyzes its characteristics and significance. Nowadays, these are few research about this theme,so the author takes this opportunity to fill the blank of the study of Envoy literature and looks forward to bringing more comprehensive and systematic research. This research chose 13 books of 10 authors as research object.And the research technique are analysis, induction. This is the main content.Firstly, this article studies the theory and identifies the patriotic concept, origin and categories. And there are kinds of types of patriotism.Secondly, it analyzes the early background of the Early Joseon Dynasty and the development of Envoy literature to find their impacts on the patriotism of Envoy literature. The background content politics, thought and culture. These factors influenced Envoy literature deeply. So the Envoy literature developed fast in Joseon Dynasty.Thirdly, combining relevant historical events, it analyzes some representative works of Envoy literature and sorts out the patriotic theme to deeply research on Envoy literature from three aspects, which are loyal thoughts, national consciousness and the great patriotic war.Fourthly, Additionally, this article summarizes the characteristics of the Envoy literature and discusses its impact at that time and aftertime.
