Wei and Jin Dynasties is the period of upheaval from the Metaphysics of the Han Dynasty tothe period of wei and Jin metaphysics. During this period, the metaphysics actively mediate therelationship between the crime and nature,the first time, it integrate the Confucian valuesystem and the value of the Taoist system in the same philosophical proposition.From thisperspective, academic debate that nature is the core of the period of wei-jinmetaphysics."Nature" is actually a natural submissive nature, the pursuit of a natural adaptive,arbitrary state.After the root cause,"Nature" is free and unfettered which zhuang zi proposed." Free and unfettered " as the soul of Zhuangzi’s philosophy, is the highest state of Zhuangzi.Wei and Jin Dynasties, facing the dark political society, people with disabilities wanted to avoiddisaster, to seek spiritual relief. Under the Norm pressure, Zhuang learning became people’sconcerns, became the thought which they seeked spiritual sustenance. Thus, people call " freeand unfettered " as a symbol of spiritual freedom, as a kind of spiritual liberation, as a idealpursue, sometimes in this realm as a standard to measure social reality. In the context of theintegration of Confucianism and Taoism, how to practice it into the " free and unfettered ", withthe history of evolution, celebrities have made their own answers. This paper mainly analyzes theji kang and ruan ji, the western jin dynasty period to xiu, guo xiang and ZhiDun eastern jinperiod, we hope to the idea of "peripateticism" of zhuangzi’s unique insights,Dealing with the relationship between the crime and nature is to solve the problem of therelationship between individual and society, the actual is the pursuit of life natural scene.Personal and social relations is an eternal topic, so the study of wei jin "free and unfettered"thought is of realistic significance. Wei jin " free and unfettered " as the Chinese traditionalculture, is the spiritual wealth of national revival, As the general secretary of xi stressed, Realizethe modern value of the Chinese excellent traditional culture, which is beneficial to enhance theattraction of Chinese culture itself, cohesion and influence. So how to realize the modern valueof the wei jin at large righteousness? This needs us to weijin "free and unfettered" thought tocomb, inherit the outstanding traditional culture, make it, innovation, improving cultural softpower, to create suitable for contemporary values. Based on modern values, this article try toreframe the weijin "free and unfettered" thoughts, to be identified to be treated, with sublationinheritance, so as to realize its contemporary value. This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter has carried on the back of weijin "free and unfettered" righteousness. Itemphasized the basic idea of "free and unfettered and the rising of Wei Jinzhuang learning. Weijin period, the social darkness, crisis, people are longing for freedom, at this point, the Wei Jinzhuang learning rised, became a fashion, became the wei-jin scholars chasing object and one ofthe focus. In different period of wei and jin dynasty scholars, because social environment isdifferent, they have different understanding of zhuangzi’s thought of free and unfettered, theymade conform to the interpretation of this period to the idea of free and unfettered.The followingchapters will select different periods, the different characters of chapter points.First look at the second chapter of wei and jin dynasty at large.
